Nur wer seine eigenen Ziele kennt, kann diese auch erreichen. Deshalb macht es Sinn sich Gedanken über die eigenen Ziele zu machen. Erfolgreiche Menschen haben ganz klar definierte Ziele auf die sie hinarbeiten. Es geht aber nicht nur darum seine Ziele zu finden, sich diese richtig zu setzen, sondern auch zu erreichen.
6 Stufen zum Ziel
Bevor ein Ziel erreicht werden kann, muss es natürlich erst gesetzt werden. Dabei gibt es 6 Stufen zum Ziel.
- Bestandsaufnahme – Wo stehe ich?
- Vision/Ziel formulieren – Wo will ich hin?
- Planung – Was brauche ich wann?
- Umsetzung – Das Ziel wird real.
- Kontrolle – Habe ich das Ziel erreicht?
- Ziel feiern – Ich habe es geschafft!
Um das Ziel zu erreichen muss auch einiges gemacht werden. Was ist die erste Aktion? Was wird für die Erreichung des Ziels benötigt und wie sieht der Zeitplan aus? Wenn diese grundlegenden Dinge klar sind geht es um die Realisierung und Umsetzung des Zieles. Der vorher definierte Zeitplan wird abgearbeitet und Schritt für Schritt umgesetzt. Im Anschluss erfolgt die Kontrolle der Zielerreichung. Diese ist nötig um gegebenenfalls Anpassungen vorzunehmen um das Ziel nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren. Wenn das definierte Ziel dann endlich erreicht wurde darf dies aber auch gehörig gefeiert werden. Feiern ist genauso wichtig wie die Vision zu haben.
Wenn Erfolge stattfinden müssen diese auch anerkannt und gefeiert werden. In dem von mir erstellten Achthorn Tagebuch gibt es dafür zu Beginn eine ganze Seite für die Erfolge, denn schon Albert Schweitzer hat gesagt: „Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.” Dieser Spruch ziert auch die Doppelseite der Erfolge im Tagebuch. Bevor die Erfolge notiert werden können muss die Zielsetzung nochmals genauer betrachtet werden.
Ziele sollen in der Gegenwart definiert werden, so als wären sie bereits erreicht. Dadurch, dass die Ziele schon so definiert werden, als wären sie bereits erreicht, wird die Erreichung automatisch im Unterbewusstsein abgespeichert.
SMARTe Zielsetzung
Die definierten Ziele sollen auch SMART gesetzt werden. Im Zusammenhang mit Zielen wird immer wieder SMART erwähnt. Bereits 1954 wurde diese Technik von Peter F. Drucker entwickelt. Er entwickelte Management by Objectives als Führungstechnik. Diese Technik beinhaltet, dass Ziele nach der SMART Formel gesetzt werden.
SMART steht dabei für:
S – Spezifisch
M – Messbar
A – Attraktiv
R – Realistisch
T – Terminiert
Beim Setzen von Zielen ist es wichtig die oberen Punkte zu beachten. Ist mein Ziel spezifisch (klar definiert)? Ist es messbar? An welchen Kennzahlen kann ich das Ziel festmachen und am Ende auch die Zielerreichung kontrollieren? Ziele sollen herausfordernd aber erreichbar sein – diese Prämisse steht hinter Attraktiv. Wichtig ist, dass die Ziele, wie bereits erwähnt realistisch sind – damit die Möglichkeit besteht sie zu erreichen. Um die nötigen Schritte auch rechtzeitig zu setzen soll das Ziel terminiert werden. Dabei kann zwischen langfristigen und kurzfristigen Zielen unterschieden werden. Kurzfristige Ziele können in wenigen Wochen oder Monaten erreicht werden, langfristige Ziele wiederrum erst in mehreren Jahren.

Dies 6 Stufen zum Ziel sind relativ umfangreich, wenn es um ein einzelnes Ziel geht, deshalb möchte ich euch die Stufen sowie die smarte Zielsetzung anhand eines Beispiels erklären.
Ziel: Ich will 5kg abnehmen.
- Bestandsaufnahme:
Wie ist mein aktuelles Gewicht? Wiegen, Abmessen und alles notieren. - Ziel formulieren:
Vision ist klar: 5kg abnehmen (Vielleicht auch mit einem Bild, wie man gerne körperlich aussehen will im Unterbewusstsein abspeichern…) Wichtig ist hier bei der Zielsetzung auf die SMART Formel zu achten. Ist es spezifisch, messbar, attraktiv, realistisch und terminiert? - Planung:
Wann beginne ich mit Sport? Ernährungsumstellung? Was brauche ich dafür? Einkaufsliste schreiben, Menüs planen, Sportprogramm heraussuchen. - Umsetzung:
Starten! Das Ziel kann nur durch TUN erreicht werden. Sport machen, Ernährung umstellen und in dieser Zeit die Waage am besten wegräumen! - Kontrolle:
Zum Endtermin wiegen, messen und sehen ob das Ziel erreicht wurde. - Ziel feiern:
Für mich ein sehr wichtiger Schritt im Bereich Ziele. Erfolge sollen definitiv gefeiert werden und das solltet ihr spätestens jetzt machen. Seid stolz auf euch!
Ich glaube das waren die wichtigsten Punkte, wenn es darum geht sich ein Ziel zu setzen. Gerade das Ende eines Jahres beziehungsweise der Anfang eines neuen Jahres ist immer eine gute Zeit sich Gedanken über Ziele zu machen. Die Macht des Unterbewusstseins kann bei der Erreichung auch behilflich sein.
Dazu könnt ihr ein Visionboard mit eurem Ziel erstellen. Dort klebt, zeichnet und schreibt ihr alle Dinge rauf, die euch positiv bestärken das Ziel zu erreichen. Beim oberen Beispiel vielleicht ein Bild von eurer Traumfigur, gesundem Essen, einer Sportart die euch Freude bereitet. Dafür ist auch im Achthorn Tagebuch sowie auch im Kalender für 2021 Platz. Dieses Bild seht ihr euch an und brennt es richtig in eure Gedanken ein mit dem starken Gefühl genau das was ihr am Bild seht auch zu erreichen. Denn am Ende des Tages müsst ihr auch daran glauben, ein Ziel erreichen zu können, damit es auch wirklich erreicht wird. Dabei geht es um das Gesetz der Anziehung – aber das ist wieder eine andere Geschichte.
